In the French Haute-Savie the winter ski resort Argentière is located  1’235m above sea level. The village is known for its varied alpine landscapes and for its extensive choice for snowboarders, downhill and cross-country skiers. You can find 3 great ski areas:

Les Grands Montets, 1’235-3’300m, avaried descents, unique deep powder snow routes and on the glacier-Argentière, skiing is possible until May.

Brevent/Flegère, 1’030m-2’525m, pure panorama skiing. South facing, the area belongs to the most beautiful region of the Alps. A varied range of slopes (opposite to Mt.Blanc) in beautiful surroundings and rutes which meet the demands of every skier.

Area facts: 56km and 32 slopes: 7 black, 7 red, 4 green + 1 fun park


Domaine de Balme, 1’453m-2’270m, nature-ski, alpine-atmosphere and various ski possibilities ranging from Le Tour. Wide, smooth slopes in Charamillon and Vallorcine situated on the Swiss border you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding through the alpine fir trees!
