The 4 Vallées is the biggest connected skiing area in Switzerland and the third biggest in Europe. The view over the moutain world is magnificent. Ambitious snowboardes can practice their jumps at the beginning of December in La Chaux, which is located at the bottom of the world-famous Bec des Rosses. By train:
With the local train from station Martigny (Grand St. Bernard Express) to Le Châble (about: 27min). After the train ride you must take the gondola which is open every day from 08:00 am to 05:30 pm which takes you to Verbier ski station.
